摘  要:目的对比无创正压通气和有创正压通气的医学疗效,分析无创通气在治疗胸心外科急性呼吸衰竭患者中的医疗效果。方法随机抽取急性呼吸衰竭患者40例,分别采用无创正压通气和有创正压通气两种治疗方式,对比两种医疗方式的临床效果,以此来分析无创正压通气。结果使用无创正压通气技术的20例患者中有18例患者治疗后动脉血气的指标有明显改善,2例患者通气效果不佳,加用BiPAP辅助通气治疗后血压、心率等均有明显改善。治愈率达90%。使用有创正压通气技术的20例患者中有16例患者治疗后动脉血气的指标有明显改善,4例有创患者死亡,治愈率为80%。结论治疗胸心外科急性呼吸衰竭使用无创正压通气技术疗效显著,配合BiPAP辅助治疗则可以有效降低病死率。Objective To compare non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in medical treatment,analysis of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of thoracic and cardiac surgery in patients with acute respiratory failure in the medical effects.Method Random sample of 40 patients with acute respiratory failure,noninvasive positive pressure ventilation were used invasive positive pressure ventilation and two treatments,comparing the two methods of clinical health effects,in order to analyze the results of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.Result Use of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation techniques in 20 patients after treatment in 18 patients arterial blood gas indicators significantly improved ventilation ineffective in 2 patients,plus assisted ventilation after treatment with BiPAP blood pressure and heart rate were significantly improved.Cure rate of 90%.Invasive positive pressure ventilation techniques with the 20 patients,16 patients with arterial blood gas after treatment,a significant improvement in indicators,4 cases of invasive patients died,the cure rate was 80%.Conclusion The treatment of acute respiratory failure of Cardiothoracic Surgery,Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation techniques with a significant effect,with the BiPAP assisted therapy can effectively reduce mortality.
