摘　　要：大学时期是青少年步入社会的预备时期,也是他们社会关系走向社会化的一个重要转折阶段。培养良好的人际交往能力,一方面是大学生的需要,另一方面也是适应社会发展和进步的需要,人际交往对于当代大学生的正常学习、日常生活和健康成长都体现出十分深远的意义。College preparatory period of the young people into the community, their social relations lo society of an important turning point. Develop good interpersonal skills., on the one hand, the needs of college students, on the other hand, adapt to the needs of social development and progress, interpersonal normal learning of the contemporary college students, the daily life and healthy growth reflects the farreaching significance.
