摘　　要：[目的]探讨子宫颈微偏腺癌的病理诊断。[方法]对我院1990年～1998年诊断的5例微偏腺癌进行临床病理回顾性分析。[结果]5例病人的细胞学及组织学切片均可见异型的腺上皮 ,组织学切片上腺体有浸润。[结论]充分认识此病 ,做到临床 ,细胞学及组织学三结合 。To investigate pathological diagnosis for Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of cervix A clinic pathological review of 5 cases with Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma from 1990 to 1998 was analyzed retrospectively Atypical hyperplasia epithelioglandular cells were found in all 5 cases cytologically and histopathologically [Conclosions]The detection rate of Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma may increase by triple combination of clinic,cytology and histology
