摘　　要：目的 探讨CT值评价肺内占位病灶鉴别诊断的实用性。方法 89例肺内占位病灶患者常规行CT检查时屏气 ,连续动态从肺尖至肺底扫描 ,每层厚1cm ,在5秒钟内完成测定CT值。结果 经CT值测定良性病灶30例 ,CT平均值为16.55Hu ,恶性病灶59例 ,CT平均值为44.25Hu。 结论 临床应用CT值对肺内占位病灶鉴别诊断中有一定的实用价值。?Objective To evaluate the CT value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary masses.Methods 89 patients with pulmonary mass accepted CT scanning performed from the apex to the lung bottom comtinuously at the scan thickness of l cm per layer in five minutes. The relationship was analyzed between CT value and the characteristics of the pulmonary mass.Results The CT value of benign group was much lower than that of malignant group.(mean 16.55Hu vs 44.25).Conclusion The result showed that CT values could be used in the diagnosis and differenfial diagnosis of pulmonary masses. 〔
