摘  要:在冷却水恒温控制试验台上对YC6A220C柴油机进行测试,研究柴油机在不同工况下运行时冷却水温度对燃油消耗率与排放性能的影响。In order to study the effect of the constant temperature of coolant on the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions at the different working conditions of the diesel engine,the study is tested by using the constant temperature control test bench in YC6A220C diesel.The result show that the best temperature for fuel consumption is different in the different diesel working conditions;in idle speed and the warm-up phases,the emissions of HC and CO significantly reduce but the NOX's increases rapidly when the temperature rise from 20℃ to 65℃,however,each emissions tends to the balance basically as the temperature higher than 70℃;under the normal working conditions,the effect of coolant temperature on the emissions is not obvious at the constant speeds and loads.
