摘　　要：目的回顾性病例分析和相关文献复习,探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后相关因素。方法 1例男性嗅神经母细胞瘤患者,术前放疗DT30Gy后行根治性手术切除,术后局部补量DT20Gy,全颈放疗DT40Gy,转移性淋巴结区域放疗DT56Gy。结果综合治疗后患者无瘤生存14年并仍健在。结论手术加放疗对嗅神经母细胞瘤可取得良好治疗效果。Objective To study the clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of esthesioneuroblastoma （ENB） by retrospectively analyzing a case of ENB and reviewing the relative literature. Methods ENB in a male patient was radically resected after radiotherapy at DT 30Gy before operation and received local supplement radiotherapy at DT 20Gy after operation. The whole neck and metastatic lymph node region received radiotherapy at DT40Gy and DT56Gy, respectively. Results The patient has survived 14 years after comprehensive treatment with tumor free. Conclusion Operation in combination with radiotherapy can achieve good therapeutic effects against ENB.
