嗅三针改善老年性痴呆患者学习记忆功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察嗅三针治疗老年性痴呆患者学习记忆功能障碍的效果。方法 60例老年性痴呆患者接受嗅三针治疗,于治疗前后进行长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS)、简易智力状态量(MMSE)评分、社会活动能力调查表(FAQ)评分。结果治疗前,60患者均为不同程度学习记忆功能障碍,经嗅三针治疗后,12例患者显效,36例有效,12例无效,有效率为80.00%。结论嗅三针能够有效改善老年性痴呆患者的学习记忆功能障碍。Objective To observe the protective effects of ＂Xiusanzhen＂ on the learning and memory of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.Methods 60 cases of Alzheimer＇s disease were treated with ＂Xiusanzhen＂.Hasegawa s Dementia scale（HDS）,Mini-mental State Examination（MMSE） and FAQ were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After the treatment with ＂Xiusanzhen＂,12 cases were markedly effective,36 cases effective and 12 cases invalid.The effective rate was 80 %.Conclusions ＂Xiusanzhen＂ can improve the dysfunction of learning and memory on patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
