摘　　要：从图书馆服务的目标清晰度和目标实现程度阐述了图书馆服务中的SMART原则,分析了SMART原则应用于图书馆服务的运行障碍,并提出了解决策略。The application of SMART principles in library service was dealt with from the clarity and implementation of library service target. Its implementing obstacles were analyzed and some strategies were put forward for their solution.
