高频超声对涎腺疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨应用高频探头诊断涎腺疾病的价值。方法回顾性分析295例经病理证实的涎腺疾病的声像图特征。结果涎腺疾病种类诸多,均有各自的超声表现,经手术后病理证实,符合率为91%。结论高频超声检查对涎腺疾病的诊断具有重要价值,有利于临床医生选择合理的治疗方法。Objective To explore the value of high ultrasound in the diagnosis of salivary glands diseases.Methods The sonographic results of 295 patients with salivary glands disease were retrospectively studied.Results There are many types of salivary gland diseases and each type have respective sonographic characteristics.All cases were retrospectively analyzed and the coincidence rate was 91%.Conclusion The high ultrasound had high value in the diagnosis of salivary glands disease,which helps clinicians choose the right treatment.
