摘　　要：来源于骨髓的血管内皮祖细胞具有高度的扩增潜能。各种恶性肿瘤患者外周血中血管内皮祖细胞均有不同程度的增多,血管内皮祖细胞可能成为抗血管生成治疗的监测标记和可能的治疗靶点。Endothelial progenitor cells have a high proliferation potential and are considered as bone marrow-derived cells.It is reported that endothelial progenitor cells in the peripheral blood of cancer patients increased significantly in various cancers.The measurement of endothelial progenitor cells could be a potential marker in monitoring antiangiogenic treatment and it might be the target of new therapeutic strategies.
