摘 要:目的:优选柴藿颗粒浸膏喷雾干燥的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验法对影响浸膏喷雾干燥的工艺条件:浸膏密度(A)、喷雾速度(B)、出口温度(C)进行考察,每个因素三个水平,并以柴藿颗粒浸膏喷雾干燥的出粉率为考察指标。结果:柴藿颗粒浸膏喷雾干燥最佳工艺条件为A1B3C2,即浸膏密度0.8 g/mL、喷雾速度2 mL/min、出口温度80℃。结论:该工艺稳定、有效、可控,为中试生产工艺提供了科学的理论依据。Objective:To select optimum technological conditions for spray drying for extractum of granules of bupleurum and agastache.Methods:To explore optimum technological conditions for spray drying for extractum,the density of extractum(A),speed of spray drying(B) and the temperature of outlet(C) were researched as detecting factors by L9(34) orthogonal test,and each factor had three levels.The output of powder of spray drying of granules of bupleurum and agastache was used as detecting index.Results:Optimum technological conditions for spray drying for extractum of granules of bupleurum and agastache was A1B3C2,which was referred that the density of extractum was 0.8 g/mL,speed of spray drying was 2 mL/min,the temperature of outlet was 80 ℃.Conclusions:This preparation technology makes research more convenient,stable and controllable,which provides pilot process with scientific basis.
