高职轮机工程技术专业人才培养方案的研究

摘　　要：高职教育要以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向。根据这一方针和高职轮机工程技术专业人才培养目标,渤海船舶职业学院从创新人才培养模式、重构课程体系、实训基地建设、"双师型"师资队伍建设和教学质量保障体系建设等五个方面对轮机工程技术专业人才培养进行了改革,成效显著。Higher vocational education should aim at service purpose and employment orientation. According to this guideline and talents＇ training goal in the ：major of higher vocational madne engineering technology, Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College makes reform which has achieved great effects on five aspects of talents＇ training in the maior of marine engineering technology, including the innovation of talents, training mode, the reconstruction of curriculum system, the construction of practical training base; the construction of double-quality teaching staff, and the system of teaching quality guarantee.
