摘 要:采用同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)法从黄皮果核、黄皮果皮、黄皮枝叶3个部位提取挥发油,通过GC/MS计算机联用技术对分离的化合物进行结构检索,应用峰面积归一法得出各类化学成分的相对百分含量。结果表明,从黄皮果核挥发油中鉴定出42个成分,占挥发油总量的97.78%;枝叶中检索出35种成分,占总挥发油量的91.36%;果皮中检索出35种成分,占总挥发油量的95.10%。3个部位的挥发油中主要成分为烯类、醇类等,但主要成分类型及含量差异很大;果核和果皮中的很多成分都有杀虫活性。The volatile oils were extracted from kernel, fruit peels and leaves of Clausena lansium, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the compounds and their contents in each of the volatile oils by GC/MS in this study. The results showed that 42 kinds of compounds were identified in kernel, occupying 97.78% of gross; 35 kinds of compounds were identified in leaves, occupying 91.36% of gross; 35 kinds of compounds were identified in fruit peel, occupying 95.10% of gross. The main ingredients of all kinds volatile oils were carbapenems and alcohol, and so on. But the type of main ingredients and their contents were obviously different. There were insecticidal activity of the compounds in kernel and fruit peel.
