摘　　要：本科教学评估的目的是为了促进高等教育教学质量的提高。以本科教学评估中教学档案建设为视角,分析在评估中突击制作"评估档案"不和谐现象的原因,提出教学评估档案建设应坚持材料的真实性以及为教学评估目的服务的价值取向,使高等教育得以健康持续发展。这对正确引导今后教学评估与教学档案建设工作,具有一定的意义。The purpose of undergraduate teaching assessment aims at promoting the teaching quality of higher education.Using the construction of teaching file to meet the teaching assessment,this paper analyses the reasons of some improper practice such as building false assessment files.It also points out that the teaching files construction should be based on the authenticity and the value orientation to serve the teaching assessment,which is important to keep a sustained and sound university development.It is a necessary act to keep the teaching assessment and teaching files construction moving ahead healthily.
