旅游管理专业骨干教师省级培训模式初探

摘　　要：进行教师培训,提高中职教师的整体素质,是中职师资队伍建设的重要环节。如何适应时代特征和骨干教师自身特点,构建多样化、开放式的培训模式,是当前骨干教师培训研究的重要课题。文章分析了现阶段我国中职教师队伍建设面临的困境以及中职教师应具备的基本素质,明确了旅游管理专业中职教师培训模式的取向,并在创新的理念下构建了中职教师培训的若干模式。Teacher training,to improve the teachers＇ overall qualities of the secondary professional school is the important link of teaching faculty＇s construction in secondary professional schools.How to adapt to era characteristics and key teachers＇ characteristics to construct diversified and open training mode is the key project of current backbone teacher training.The article analyzes the dilemma that at current stage teaching staff construction of China＇s secondary vocational education is faced with and the basic qualities that the secondary vocational school teachers should possess,makes clear the orientation of secondary professional teacher training model of the tourism management specialty,and constructs several teacher training modes of secondary vocational schools in the concept of innovation.
