康复新液联合抗感颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合抗感颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的疗效。方法选择54例疱疹性口腔炎患儿,随机分成治疗组(A组)30例,对照组(B组)24例,两组均给予抗感颗粒及常规对症治疗。A组加康复新液涂抹口腔黏膜疱疹或溃疡处,并口服康复新液;B照组给予1%碘甘油涂抹口腔黏膜疱疹或溃疡处。结果 A组3 d治愈率为46.7%,B组20.8%;A组5 d治愈率为96.7%,B组70.8%;A组口腔炎愈合时间比B组明显缩短。结果均有统计学意义。结论康复新液联合抗感颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎,能加快创面愈合速率,迅速改善症状,缩短病程,治愈率高,不良反应少。Objective To observe the Kang Fuxin liquid combined Kanggan granules in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis.Methods 54 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis,were randomly divided into treatment group（A group） 30 cases,control group（group B） in 24 cases,two groups were given Kanggan granules and the conventional symptomatic treatment.Group A with Kang Fuxin liquid applicator oral mucosal herpes or ulcer,and oral health Fuxin liquid;according to B group were given 1% iodine glycerine smear oral mucosal herpes or ulcer.Results A group 3 days healing rate was 46.7%,20.8% of B group;group A 5 days,the cure rate was 96.7%,70.8% of B group;group A stomatitis healing time of B group was significantly shorter than.Results there were statistical significance.Conclusion Health Fuxin liquid combined Kanggan granules in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis,can accelerate wound healing rate,rapid improvement of symptoms,shorten the course of disease,high cure rate,fewer adverse reactions.
