摘　　要：我国的高等教育行政管理体制深化改革追求效率与公平的统一,政府要针对高教行政系统内外部、纵横向之间存在的各种不协调的关系进行调节,通过权责清晰,分工合作,互相配合,有效地实现高教的目标和提高管理的效能,要完善横向分权与纵向分权的协调与结合机制,地方高教资源的协调与配置机制和高教管理部门与其他职能部门的协调与合作机制,还要树立高教行政协调的观念,掌握高校协调管理的"度",综合运用高教行政协调的方式。China to further reform of higher educ ation administrative system to pursue the unification of efficiency and fairness,the government should aim at the higher education administrative system of internal and external,aspect to exist between the various discordant relationship through regulation,clear responsibility,cooperate,cooperate with each other,effectively to achieve higher education goal and improve management efficiency,to improve the lateral and vertical decentralization decentralization coordination and integration mechanism of local higher education resources,coordination and allocation mechanism and the higher education management department and other functional departments coordination and cooperation mechanism,must set up the higher education administrative coordination idea,grasp the ＂degree＂ of harmonious management,comprehensive use of higher education administrative coordination on the way.
