摘　　要：就上海图书馆目前推出建立参考馆员制度 ,提高图书馆窗口服务质量作了全面深刻的分析和评述 ,并根据作者切身的工作体验 ,进一步阐明了参考馆员的设立是现今图书馆改革发展的必然趋势 ,也是图书馆优化人才知识结构 ,提高参考咨询服务质量强有力的举措。In order to improve the quality of reference consulting service,the ReadersService Centre of Shanghai Library is carrying out a Reference Librarian System This article makes a systematic review and overall analyses based on the writers experience The establishment and performance of Reference Librarian System are not only a tendency towards the reforming of Shanghai Library,but also a powerful measure to improve service quality
