强力健身胶囊定性定量方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立强力健身胶囊定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中女贞子、远志和甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中淫羊藿苷的含量:色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(24∶76)为流动相,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果:薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;淫羊藿苷进样量在0.041～3.318μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。结论:本方法具有简便、准确及专属性强的特点,可用于强力健身胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish the qualitive and quantitative methods for Qiangli Jianshen capsules.Methods：Ligustri Lucidi Fructus,Polygalae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC and the content of icariin in capsules was determined by HPLC：Kromasil 100-5C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（24：76） at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Results：TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the negative control showed no interference.The standard curve of icariin was linear over a range of 0.041-3.318 μg（r=0.9999）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of Qiangli Jianshen capsules.
