摘　　要：自我分析式自传研究方法借鉴精神分析中自我分析流派的自由联想方法,也借鉴威廉.派纳的自传研究方法,用于摆脱神经症症状或冲破种种内心的局限。这种方法一般可以遵循三个步骤:辨认心理问题及其表现;查找心理问题产生的根源及后果;辨认各种心理问题之间的相互关系,从而发现最深层的冲突。The analytical autobiographical research method gets inspiration from the self analysis and the autobiographical research method of William Pinar. It is used to reduce the mental disorders and enhance the mental health. There is usually three steps to follow： recognize the mental troubles and their symptoms; find out the causes and their consequences; Indentify the relationships between the mental troubles.
