摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在肺肿瘤定性诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析在螺旋CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术患者54例，术后行CT扫描明确是否有气胸、出血等并发症。结果螺旋CT引导下54例均穿刺成功，采集满意组织并经病理学确诊47例，其中恶性病变42例，良性病变5例。发生气胸4例。结论螺旋CT引导下穿刺活检术对明确肺肿瘤的性质具有较高的临床实用价值，是对于依靠临床、影像学检查及纤维支气管镜等检查未能确诊的肺部病变的协助诊断方法。Objective To investigate the application of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy in the qualitative diagnosis of lung tumor. Methods Fifty-four patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy were performed with CT scan postoperatively to make sure whether pneumothorax and hemorrhage exissted. Results All the 54 cases, detected by CT-guided percutane- ous transthoracic biopsy, turn out to be successful. Pathologic method was employed to confirm 47 ca- ses by collecting satisfied tissues with 42 cases of malign and 5 cases of benign. Four cases with pneu- mothorax. Conclusions The application of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy has zreatclinical and practical value in confirming feature of lung tumors, and it＇ s a helpful assistant diagnosis method for lung lesions which can＇ t be diagnosed by clinical methods, images methods or bronchofiberscope.
