摘　　要：科技实践活动的成效性是目前教改关注的热点和难点之一。科技实践活动的成效性实际上是在操作层面上处理好主题与课题的关系。探究在课程不定、教材不定情况下如何使科技实践活动变得有序、有成效,并在广东省中小学教学研究"十一五"规划课题《综合素质的教育与评价研究》的基础上提出实施策略建议。The effectiveness of practical activities for science and technology is the hotspot and difficulty of educative reform. The effectiveness of practical activities for science and technology is actually good dealing of the relationships between themes and researching projects at the operational level. The thesis probes into hoe to make Inquiry in curriculum, teaching material of indefinite indefinite circumstances to make practical activities for science and technology become orderly and ef- fective, and put forward implementation strategies on the basis of the ＂ eleven five＂ planning task about primary and secondary school teaching research in Guangdong Province： research on the comprehensive quality education and its evaluation.
