摘　　要：对国内外创新集群知识治理机制研究的重要文献做了介绍,以探究创新集群知识治理机制选择的影响因素。基于知识活动过程的微观视角,从知识特性、知识活动主体和知识活动环境三个方面入手探讨创新集群知识治理机制选择的影响因素,并展开分析和讨论。This paper introduces the important literatures on the research of knowledge governance mechanism in innovation clusters at home and abroad and explores the influential factors of selecting a suitable knowledge governance mechanism. The paper based on microcosmic perspective, discusses some research questions on the influential factors of selecting knowledge governance mechanism in innovation clusters from three aspects： the attribute of knowledge, the subjects in knowledge process, and the environment of knowledge process.
