摘  要:用ROBCAD对机器人焊接纵梁总成系统建模和仿真。对人工焊接生产线重新进行工艺规划和生产线布局,为机器人、焊枪、夹具、输送装置、纵梁等关键装备、部件及生产线布局建立仿真模型,在模型中进行焊点可达性测试和机器人干涉分析。通过观察仿真过程可判断机器人焊接纵梁总成系统运行正常,仿真可提高改造项目的设计效率和设计质量,降低改造项目的实施难度和实施周期。仿真结果表明,机器人焊接的生产节拍比人工焊接降低23.03%,从产品质量、车间物流、生产管理方面论证了机器人焊接相对于人工焊接的优越性。ROBCAD is used to model and simulate the robot welding longeron assembly system.The process plan and production layout of manual welding production line was carried out again.The simulation model for key equipment as robots,welding torches,fixtures,conveyors and longerons,parts and production line layout was established,the solder point accessibility test and the robot interference analysis was carried out in this model.It was found that the robot welding longeron assembly system operates normally through the observation in simulation process.The simulation can improve the design efficiency and design quality of the modification project,and reduce the implementation difficulty and cycle.The simulation results show that the production cycle of robot welding has been reduced by 23.03% compared with that of manual welding.The advantages of robot welding over manual welding has been demonstrated from aspects as product quality,plant logistics,production management.
