摘　　要：目的分析复原力量表(CD-RISC)在民航管制学员中的适用性,考察其信度和效度等心理测量学特征,同时对民航管制学员的复原力现状进行分析。方法采用整群抽样的方式集中志愿者进行团体匿名施测,测试问卷包括CD-RISC、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、自尊量表(SES)和焦虑自评量表(SAS),数据分析采用验证性因素分析和相关分析的方法。结果 CD-RISC有较好的结构效度,内部一致性信度为0.882,但因素5(信念)内部一致性表现不稳定;与积极应对方式(r=0.469),社会支持(r=0.374),自尊(r=0.360)呈现出正相关,与消极应对方式(r=-0.101)和焦虑(r=-0.333)呈现出负相关,均具有统计学意义。结论 CD-RISC在民航管制学员研究中具有一定的适用性,效度较好,在稳定性方面的研究还有待于进一步深入。Objective To investigate the applicability and psychometric characteristics of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC） when applied to air traffic control（ATC） students,and to analyze the Resilience Status of ATC students.Methods Three hundred and fifteen ATC students were recruited to participate in the survey of five scales（CD-RISC,SCSQ,PSSS,SES,SAS and CFA） and correlation analysis were used to validate CD-RISC in civil aviation field.Results The CD-RISC test showed good goodness of fit in present study.The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient was 0.882.But as for factor-5（spiritual influence）,it showed the unreliability of the internal consistency.The scale presented good concurrent validity with positive correlations with positive coping style（r=0.469）,social support（r=0.374）,and self-esteem（r=0.360） and negative correlations with negative coping style（r=-0.101） and anxiety（r=-0.333）.Conclusion The CD-RISC appears to be a valid measurement when used to measure ATC students＇ resilience,but more research needs to be done on its stability.
