摘  要:目的研究0~2.50 MPa氦氧暴露对潜水员空间记忆广度、二维和三维心理旋转的影响。方法采用模拟棋盘的方法对潜水员的空间记忆进行评价,并进一步通过二维与三维心理旋转测验的方法评价其空间认知能力。结果 0~2.50 MPa高气压环境会直接损害潜水员的空间认知能力,主要表现为降低潜水员空间记忆能力,二维和三维心理旋转正确率下降。结论潜水员空间认知能力受损可能与高气压对大脑整体的抑制有关,并非对某个中枢的选择性损害。Objective To study the effects of 0~2.50 MPa heliox exposure on board spatial memory,two-dimensional and three-dimensional mental rotation abilities of divers.Methods The spatial memory of divers was assessed with simulated chessboard.Two-dimensional and three-dimensional mental rotation tests were used to measure divers spatial cognitive ability.Results The high atmospheric pressure of 0~2.50 MPa had a direct negative effect on divers' spatial cognitive ability to impact on their spatial memory,as well as to reduce accuracy of two-dimensional and three-dimensional mental rotation.Conclusion The damage to spatial cognitive ability of divers may be related to whole brain inhibition by high pressure heliox exposure,but no selective damage to central nervous system.
