摘　　要：本文通过回顾由对外经济贸易大学国际商学院和中国工业经济杂志社联合主办的"首届中国企业管理创新案例研究前沿论坛(2011)",对论坛的主要学术观点进行了综述。其中,研究型案例成果展示并分析了中国本土企业管理创新的最新进展,可以概括为涵盖融资、品牌、商业模式等企业发展战略的创新和边界跨越、模块化等组织结构的创新。最后,本文通过对分论坛主要观点的总结以及数篇教学型案例的分析,指出教学案例写作必须侧重于对实际问题的反映,必须具备启发性,能够激发学习者的思考和讨论。Through reviewing papers included in the first conference on case study of management innovation in Chinese enterprise which is co-held by University of International Business and Economics and China Industrial Economics,this paper summarizes the main academic contributions.The findings of explorative case studies show the recent advances in management innovation in Chinese enterprises,which can be classified into two types：strategic innovation in terms of financing,branding and business model,as well as organization structure innovation in terms of boundary spanning and modular organization.Furthermore,through the review of teaching cases,this paper proposes that it is important for a teaching case to reflect the problem in reality and to be heuristic and capable of intriguing the students in the classroom.
