“三全护理”模式对心血管疾病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察"三全护理"模式对心血管疾病患者生活质量的影响作用。方法本组研究对象138例,采用"三全护理"模式,开展全人护理、全心护理、全程护理。同时采用汉化版简明健康调查表于入院当天、出院前1周从生理机能、生理职能、躯体疾病、一般情况、精力、社会功能、精神健康和情感职能8个维度分别对患者生活质量进行测评,将总分作为统计指标,得分越高提示生活质量越好。测得数据进行统计学处理(t检验)。结果实施"三全护理"模式前后比较,除情感功能、生理职能具有显著性差异外(t=5.989,4.633;P<0.01),其他生理机能、躯体疾病、一般情况、精力、社会功能、精神健康各维度得分均具有非常显著性差异(t=9.915,11.204,6.781,7.927,10.926,8.691;P均<0.001)。结论 "三全"护理模式可使患者生理、心理、社会、行为等方面受到良好的影响,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of ＂three full-care＂ model on quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods A total of 138 patients were taken the ＂three full-care＂ model,and carried out holistic health care,heart care,full care.Meanwhile finished the health survey in the day of admission and the previous week before discharge,inventory included physiological function,physical function,physical illness, general condition,energy,social function,mental health an emotional function.Results There were significant differences in emotional function（t=5.989,P0.01）,physical function（t=4.633,P0.01）,other physiological functions（t=9.915,P0.001）,physical illness（t=11.204,P0.001）,general condition（t=6.781,P0.001）,energy（t=7.927,P0.001）,social function（t=10.926,P0.001） and mental health（t=8.691,P0.001） before and after implementation of the ＂three full-care＂ model.Conclusion ＂Three full-care ＂ model can make patients good physical,psychological, social and behavioral function,etc.and improve their quality of life.
