摘　　要：洪水灾害是当今世界上最主要的自然灾害之一,给社会带来巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡,科学地对洪水灾害进行损失评估是防洪减灾措施的理论基础和前提,也是当今社会研究的热点之一。文章从评估指标,评估方法,遥感和GIS三个方面国内外洪水灾害损失评估的研究进展做了介绍,概括了目前评估方法的优缺点和经济损失的新方法,并在研究现状进一步认识的基础上,提出了当今研究中存在的主要问题,最后指出了有待进一步研究和发展的新方向。Flood disaster is one of the most serious global natural disasters in the world,which brings economic loss and great casualties.The evaluation on economic loss from flood disaster is the precondition and foundation in the domain of flood prevention and disaster reduction as well as hot topic in social research.This paper briefly introduces current research status of the flood loss evaluation in the world from the aspects of evaluation index,evaluation methods,remote sensing and GIS.The shortcomings of current evaluation methods and new calculation methods of economic loss were concluded.Based on current research status,the main problems are further discussed and directions for further research in this area are pointed out.
