摘　　要：随着社会经济改革发展的不断深化,高校学生党建工作面临着新的挑战,本文主要探讨了高校学生党建工作的制度建设创新、基层组织设置创新、党员教育管理创新,旨在不断提高高校学生党建工作的实效性,以更好的发挥高校学生党建在育人中的重要作用。Along with the deepening development of social economy reform,college students＇ party construction confronted with new challenges.The paper discusses the innovation of college students＇ party construction system,grassroots organization,party member education management,in order to improve the effectiveness of the college students＇ party construction,play an important role in education of university students.
