摘　　要：面对当今巨大的就业竞争,高情商的人才往往能在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,获取用人单位的机会。而教育的多元化决定了情商教育不只是人文教育和思想教育的内容。通过阐述在工科实践教学课程中实施情商教育的重要性和必要性,提出在化学实验教学中实施情商教育的可行性和具体措施,为提升大学生的情商能力和高等教育中实施大学生的素质教育开辟新的空间。Students with higher EQ can stand out and win the opportunities of employment in the fierce competition.The diversified education also demands that EQ education should cover more than humanism and ideology.The essay accounts for the significance and necessity of applying EQ education in the courses of engineering and focuses on the feasibility and approaches to applying EQ education in chemistry experiments,aiming at enhancing students＇ EQ aptitudes and exploring new space for ability oriented education in college.
