摘 要:伺服电动机加减速控制是袜机控制系统的关键技术之一,采用理论分析和工程实践相结合的措施,探讨袜机用伺服电动机控制问题。提出3种加减速控制方法:脉宽调制(PWM)周期为常增量的加减速控制;基于理论公式的精确匀加减速控制;以及基于工程实践的一种近似匀加减速控制方法。在此基础上,深入分析这些方法的加减速性能,程序实现的可行性、运算量及实时性等主要特性。通过对比分析和实际测试得出结论:伺服电动机的分段近似匀加减速控制是理想、可行的方法,此方案加减速性能良好,系统运行平稳。The acceleration-deceleration control of a servo motor is one of key issues for control of hosiery machines.This work researches the servo control of hosiery machines by incorporating theoretic analysis into engineering practice.The article proposed three methods of uniform acceleration and deceleration: the first one takes a constant increment value to the pulse-width modulation(PWM) period;and the second one is the exact uniform acceleration-deceleration control based on the theoretical formula;and the last method is the engineering practice-based method whose acceleration and deceleration is approximately uniform.Their main properties such as accelerating-decelerating characteristics,feasibilities,real-time properties,computation burden,and so on are analyzed.Through the comparative analysis and test,drawn were the conclusion: the piecewise approximate uniform acceleration-deceleration control is the best method of the three.The practical operation also shows that this scheme has superior performance in acceleration and deceleration,and can guarantee the smooth operation of the whole system.
