摘　　要：对资源征税的意义不仅在于增加财政收入 ,更重要的是促进资源的有效管理 ,为国民经济持续、稳定的发展提供可靠保证。从这个目的出发 ,就资源税设置中存在的一些问题进行了深入探讨 。The significance of the taxation on resources lay not only in increasing financial income,but also in promoting the effective administration of resources.Also it could ensure the stable development of the national economy from these angles.This article probed deeply into some problems in the work of design,with the hope that it would give more play to the function of the national economy.
