急性化脓性扁桃体炎卫分证外周血Th1、Th2类细胞因子的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者卫分证外周血Th1/Th2漂移变化。方法:通过流式细胞检测技术,对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者卫分证和正常人外周血Th1/Th2细胞进行检测,采用ELISA法测定血清细胞因子IL-4和IFN-γ水平,并比较IFN-γ/IL-4比值。结果:与正常对照组比较,急性化脓性扁桃体炎卫分证组Th1、IFN-γ、Th1/Th2、IFN-γ/IL-4比值显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性化脓性扁桃体炎卫分证与Th1/Th2漂移存在相关性。Objectives：To probe the drifting of Th1/Th2 in Wei-phase syndrome of Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis.Methods：Flowcytometry was used to dectect the Th1/Th2 cell in peripheral blood of the patients of Wei-phase syndrome and healthy people,the expressions of IL-4 and IFN-γ were detected by ELISA,and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 was measured.Results：Compared with normal group,the number of Th1 and the contain of IFN-γ and the ratios of Th1/Th2 and IFN-γ/IL-4 of Wei-phase syndrome group increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：The drifting of Th1/Th2 may play an important role during Wei-phase syndrome stage in Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis.
