摘　　要：Her-2/neu基因又称C-erbB-2,是一种原癌基因,在胞内信号转导中发挥重要作用。正常细胞不表达或低表达Her-2/neu,但在某些人类肿瘤中呈过表达,其表达可促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。近年研究发现部分胃癌患者存在Her-2/neu基因或蛋白过表达,可能对此类患者的治疗和预后产生一定影响。本文就近年Her-2/neu基因在胃癌中的表达、检测及其靶向治疗等相关研究进展作一概述。Her-2/neu, also known as eerbB-2, is a proto-oncogene, which plays an important role in mtracellular signal transduetion. It is not expressed or low expressed in normal cells, but is overexpressed in some human tumors, which can promote tumor invasion and metastasis. Recent studies have shown the overexpression of Her-2/neu gene in some of the patients with gastric cancer, and it may affect the treatment and prognosis of these patients. This article reviewed the recent advances in study on expression of Her-2/neu in gastric cancer, its detection and targeted therapy.
