不同分期弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤PIG-3的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 探究P53-inducible gene 3（PIG-3 ）在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达情况及与淋巴瘤发病机制的相关性.方法 应用免疫组化方法,检测弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤细胞中PIG-3 蛋白的表达情况,探讨PIG-3 蛋白表达与淋巴瘤临床分期的关系.结果 弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤细胞中PIG-3 蛋白表达降低;随弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤临床分期的增高,PIG-3 蛋白表达亦减低.结论 PIG-3 表达与恶性淋巴瘤有关,且为继续研究恶性淋巴瘤发病机制、判断淋巴瘤患者预后等提供帮助.Objective To study the expression of P53-inducible gene 3 （ PIG-3 ） in diffuse large B cell lymphoma and the relationship between PIG-3 and the pathogenesis of lymphoma. Methods The expression of PIG-3 in diffuse large B cell lymphoma was detected by immuno- histochemistry. And the relationship between PIG-3 and the pathogenesis of Iymphoma was investigated. Results The expression of PIG-3 in diffuse large B cell lymphoma was decreased than the expression in the control group. And the expression of PIG-3 was inverse to clinical stages of diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Conclusion PIG- 3 is related to diffuse large B cell lymphoma, which could help us to study the pathogenesis of lymphoma and judge the prognosis of lymphoma.
