76例结肠癌临床治疗近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠癌的优势治疗方案,评价近期疗效。方法:选择本院收治的76例结肠癌患者,按患者意愿分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组采用单一治疗,即单一手术或单一化疗的方法,观察组采用综合治疗方案,即化疗加手术联合方案,追踪观察6个月,比较两组患者临床症状、卡氏评分和肿瘤标志物情况。结果:观察组患者临床症状改善率、卡氏评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后肿瘤标志物CEA、CA199较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),治疗后观察组肿瘤标志物血清值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合治疗是治疗结肠癌的有效方法之一,能够提高患者生活质量。Objective ：To discuss therapy method of colon cancer and evaluate short-term effect.Methods： 76 patients with colon cancer were divided into two groups,38 patients in the control group were treated with single treatment and 38 patients in the observation group were treated with combined treatment.6 months after treatment, the improvement of symptoms, Kamofsky score and tumor markers were compared between two groups.Results ：Improvement of clinical symptoms and Kamofsky score in observation group were better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The tumor markers of CEA, CA199 in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,serum levels of the tumor marker in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive treatment is an effective method for colon cancer,which can improve the quality of life.
