血清CA153和CEA联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖类抗原(CA153)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:对100例乳腺癌、55例乳腺良性病变患者以及42例正常对照者进行CA153、CEA指标联合检测,分析两项指标对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果:乳腺癌组血清CA153、CEA的水平显著高于健康对照组及乳腺良性病变组(P<0.05)。两种肿瘤标志物的联合检测阳性率为76.0%,较CA153、CEA单项检测时有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA对乳腺癌有一定的诊断价值。两种肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高乳腺癌的阳性诊断率。Objective：To investigate the value of combined detection of serum CA153 and CEA in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods：CA153 and CEA were measured simultaneously in 100 patients with breast cancer,55 patients with breast benign diseases and 42 normal subjects.The diagnostic value of combination assay of these indices was evaluated. Results：The serum of CA153 and CEA in breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in breast benign diseases and normal subjects（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of combined detection of the two tumor markers（76.0%） was significantly higher than any single marker（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combined determination of the two markers would improve the diagnostic rate of breast cancer.
