单纯药物与联合康复性心理治疗对精神分裂症患者的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:观察单纯药物与联合康复性心理治疗对精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:选取2008年1月-2010年1月笔者所在医院精神科收治住院的精神分裂症患者48例,随机分为两组:单纯药物治疗组(药物组)24例,药物联合康复性心理治疗组(观察组)24例。进行两组治疗前后BPRS及自知力的评分比较。结果:两组BPRS有不同程度的下降,观察组在治疗第8、12周后的BPRS明显比药物组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在第8、12周治疗后自知力评分明显好于药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后观察组的自知力完全恢复11例,大部分恢复9例,小部分恢复3例,无恢复1例;药物组分别是:4、13、5、2例。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药物联合康复性心理治疗对精神分裂症患者疗效明显,能明显提高患者的自知力,使患者与家庭成员及社会的关系得到缓解,临床应大力推广。Objective：To observation of influence on simple drugs and joint rehabilitation of psychological treatment with schizophrenia.Methods：48 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 randomly divided into two groups：pure drug group（drug group）for 24 cases,drug joint rehabilitation of psychological treatment group（the observation group）24 cases.Compared the score of the BPRS and insight in the two groups before and after treatment.Results：Two groups of BPRS have different levels of decline,the observation group in the treatment of 8,12 weeks,BPRS obviously lower than the drug group,there was more statistically significant（P0.05）.The observation group in the 8,12 weeks after the treatment the score of insight was obvious better than the drug group,there was statistically significant（P0.05）.The insight was complete recovery in 11 cases,most of the recovery in nine,small part rehabilitation in 3,1 case no recovery in the observation group in the 12 weeks after the treatment,the drug group were 4,13,5,in 2 cases.Two groups of comparisons has statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of rehabilitation of psychological treatment is obvious,it can obviously improve the patients insight,and it can promote the relationship of patients and family members and social.it should be promoted in clinic.
