摘　　要：学生档案管理是非常重要的一项学生管理工作。然而,由于高校办学历史原因以及其自身具有整体性、系统性、时间跨度大特点,高校学生档案管理工作一直存在许多不标准不规范的问题,使得学生档案没能发挥它的最大价值。认真分析档案管理工作特点及其服务范围,指导高校学生档案管理工作的规范与实施。Students＇ archives administration plays an important part in students affair.Because of history of college and characteristics of students＇ archives administration,such as integrity,Systematicness and chronicity of time span,there are many disorderly problems of college students＇ archives administration,which doesn＇t play it＇s value.Carefully analyzing characteristics of college students＇ archives administration,so as to gudie the norm and execution of college students＇ archives administration.
