β-Ophtiole降眼压作用的临床观察

摘　　要：以前瞻性研究方法 ,随机选取不同类型青光眼受试者 ,观察 0 3 % β Ophtiole滴眼剂的降眼压效果及副作用 ,并与 0 5%timolol滴眼剂相比较。与用药前相比 ,这两种滴眼剂均有良好的降眼压效果 ,两者无显著性差异。与 0 5%timolol滴眼剂相比 ,0 3 % β Ophtiole滴眼剂副作用较小 ,患者易于接受。To investigate the intraocular pressure reducing effect of a new type β blocker,β Ophtiole,in different types of glaucoma,a prospective randomized study was performed.The effects and side effects of 0 3% β Ophtiole were compared with those of 0 5% timolol.Both of the two drugs can reduce intraocular pressure in different types of glaucoma significantly and no significant difference was found between the two drugs.Less side effect was found in 0 3% β Ophtiole when compared with 0 5% timolol.and 0 3% β Ophtiole was easily accepted by our patients.
