摘　　要：目的 ::对镜下部分切除联合自体角膜上皮干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的术式进行临床评价。方法 :本文分干细胞移植组 (研究组 ) 3 3例 3 3只眼 ,单纯切除术组 (对照组 ) 3 0例 3 0只眼 ,两组疗效进行对比。结果 :术后随访观察 6～ 1 2个月。干细胞移植组复发 2例 ,复发率为 6 0 6% ;单纯切除术组复发1 0例 ,复发率为 3 3 3 %。经x2 检验 ,两组疗效差异显著。结论 :镜下部分切除联合自体角膜上皮干细胞移植术是治疗翼状胬肉的一种非常有效的治疗方法 ,值得推广。Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of partial excision and auto corneal epithelial stem cell transplantation Methods:63 patients with pterygium were divided into experimental group (excision and stem cell transplantation group) and control group(simple excision group) The patients of experimental group (33 cases) were treated under microscope with partial excision and auto corneal epithelial stem cell transplantation The controls (30 cases) were treated with simple excision Results:After 6 to 12 months follow up,2 patients in the experimental group had a relapse (6 06%) and 10 patients in the control group had a relapse (33 3%) There is significant difference between the two groups Conclusion:Partial excision and auto corneal epithelial stem cell are effective treatment for pterygium,and are worthy to be used in clinical practice
