摘  要:不锈钢管拉拔生产时易产生缩径,采用硬质合金模具拉拔时,模具耐磨性不高,难以保证产品尺寸精度。设计出一种改进型拉拔模具,借助有限元法对不锈钢管空拉过程进行模拟。利用正交试验法研究不同拉拔模具的次压缩区高度L、主压缩区半角α1和次压缩区半角α2对拉拔过程的影响,得到优化的几何参数L=2 mm,α1=14°,α2=4°。通过偏压辅助增强热丝化学气相沉积法,以WC-Co硬质合金拉拔模具为衬底,采用穿孔直拉热丝方式,以优化的预处理方法和沉积工艺,在模具表面沉积均匀的金刚石涂层。采用扫描电镜和Raman光谱对金刚石涂层表面特征进行研究,结果表明金刚石涂层表面平整,光洁度高,涂层厚度均匀。Drawing down occurred when stainless steel tube was drawn production. When carbide die was used to draw, the wear resistance of die is low, which cannot guarantee production size precision. A kind of improved type drawing die was designed, stainless steel pipe hollow drawn process was simulated by using FEM. The influence of secondary compres- sion area height L, The main compression area half angle α and secondary compression area half angle α2 of different draw- ing die on drawing process was researched by adopting orthogonal test, and optimized size parameters are L = 2 mm, α = 14° ,cq =4°. Diamond coating surface were deposited on the WC -Co drawing die by using electronically aided hot fila- ment chemical vapor deposition and adopting perforation hot wire drawn with optimized pretreatment way and deposition process. Results show that diamond coating surface is smooth, high finish, coating thickness even.
