摘　　要：企业流程再造关系着企业的命运,通过对流程再造原则的以用户为中心、业务流程的整体优化与从上到下的整体联动效应等的阐述,力求对流程再造理论有正确的认识,以便能够指导企业进行流程再造。Business process reengineering is vital for the fate of businesses.The paper analyzes the principles of user centering,overall process optimization and top-to-bottom co-movement effect,hoping to correctly understand the reengineering theory and help businesses in the reengineering.
