结肠血管扩张症的诊断和内镜下治疗

摘　　要：为提高对结肠血管扩张症的认识，对下消化道出血患者行急诊肠镜检查发现结肠血管扩张症5例，予内镜下即时注射治疗，结果5例出血停止。结果表明，下消化道出血肠镜检查发现结肠血管扩张症即施行介入注射治疗，效果好，且操作简单。Colonic angiectasis was found in 5 patients during endoscopic examination due to bleeding of low digestive tract. Immediate endoscopic injection was given and the bleeding was stopped in all the 5 cases. It is concluded that when colonic angiectasis is noticed during enteroseopic examination and bleeding occurs, immediate injection treatment is a better way of management in terms of better result and simpler manipulation.
