双倒V形皮瓣缝合固定治疗结缔组织性外痔

摘　　要：为避免传统手术发生的周围组织水肿、排便疼痛、创口愈合慢，采用双倒V形皮瓣缝合固定治疗结缔组织性外痔，以替代传统手术，取得良好效果。本术式保留了部分外痔皮肤，切除了部分增生的皱襞，皮瓣覆盖恢复了正常肛管皮肤长度，减少了创面裸露，因此术后水肿、疼痛明显减轻，创口愈合快，不易感染。For avoiding surrounding tissue edema, defecation pain, later wound healing of traditional operation,the new surgical procedure of double inverse V shape skin flap suture and fixation was introduced in the treatment of connective tissue external hemorrhoids, and satisfactory results were achieved. Partial skin of the external hemorrhoids was preserved,partial hyperplastic plicate were resected and the skin flaps covered the anal canal to reduce the exposure of the surgical wound;which,as results,can reduce the postoperative edema and pain and ensure rapider wound healing, not easy infection.
