Investigation on nutrition knowledge,attitudes and dietary behaviors of students in technical secondary schools in Qingpu District of Shanghai

摘  要:目的了解中等职业专科学校学生营养状况,为有针对地开展学校营养健康教育及干预提供依据。方法采用自行设计的营养问卷,对548名中职生进行调查。结果营养知识知晓率为59.7%,有35.7%的学生不能每天吃早餐,选择在家外(或校外)吃午餐、晚餐的学生,分别占30.4%和10.7%。66.1%的学生日常主要饮用水,不是白开水,75%的学生不能每天喝牛奶,23.1%的学生常吃熏烤食物,41.3%的学生常吃油炸食物,35.7%的学生喜欢吃咸食。学生常从口味和喜好选择零食。结论中等职业学校应重视营养知识传播,指导学生改善饮食行为,开设营养相关课程。Objective To understand the status of nutrition in vtr.ational students so as to provides the evidence for developing nutritional health education and intervention measures. Methods A questionnaire survey on nutrition designed by the writer was conducted among 548 vocational students. Results The awareness rate of nutrition knowledge was 59.7% and 35.7% of the students did not have breakfast every day, while 30.4% of them had lunch outside and 10.7% had dinner outside. Totally 66.1% of the students did not drink boiled water, 75% of them did not drink milk every day, 23.1% of the students frequently had smoked food, 41.3% of them often had fried food, and 35.7% of the students were favored of salty food. The students chose their snacks from their taste and preference. Conclusions It is necessary to pay more attention to the spread of nutritional knowledge, to guide the students m improve their dietary behavior, and to offer nutritional courses.
