中小企业战略转型风险免疫机理研究

摘　　要：本文以一家中小企业为研究对象,基于其战略转型风险因素的识别结果,从组织免疫的视角出发,深入剖析了其系统免疫、功能免疫和辅助免疫对其战略转型风险的应对机理,并尝试构建出中小企业战略转型风险免疫机理的理论模型。The role of strategic transition for the existence and development of small and medium-sized enterprises under the complex and dynamic environment is becoming more and more remarkable. However, all kinds of uncertain events and the strategic transition of small and medium-sized enterprises are very closely associated with each other. How to classify those risks resulting from uncertain factors during the process of strategic transition and find out the idea and channel of risk response based on the reveal of risk connotation is a realistic problem to be solved urgently. Taking a small and medium-sized enterprise for ex- ample in this article, on account of risk identification result of strategic transition, from the view-point of organizational immuni- ty, the response mechanism of systematic immunity, functional immunity and adjuvant immunity on strategic transition risk is analyzed thoroughly. Moreover, the immunity mechanism model of strategic transformation risk about small and medium-sized enterprises is established.
