摘　　要：目的 :介绍PCR -ELISA端粒酶活性测定方法 ,并对不同组织来源肿瘤端粒酶活性检测结果进行分析。方法 :采用PCR -ELISA端粒酶活性检测方法对299例不同组织来源肿瘤端粒酶活性进行检测。结果 :本组结果显示PCR -ELISA端粒酶活性测定方法在敏感性与特异性方面与国外报道的同位素方法结果一致。在多种人类恶性肿瘤组织中可检出端粒酶活性 ,而与各种肿瘤对应的正常组织及良性病变中则多为阴性。结论 :本组结果提示PCR -ELISA法为一高敏感的半定量评价端粒酶活性的方法 。Objective: To introduce the PCR-ELISA telomerase assay and analysis of the telomerase activity in various tumors. Methode: The telomerase activity in 299 specimens from different tumor tissues were detected by PCR-ELISA method. Results: Detection of telomerase activity in various tumors by using PCR-ELISA telomerase assay was as sensitive and specific as the radioactive TRAP assay. Telomerase activity could be detected in most of the malignant tumors, but it could not be detected in normal tissues and benign lesions. Conclusion: PCR-ELISA assay is a highly sensitive semiquantitative method for evaluation of telomerase activity, and telomerase activity may be a hallmark of malignant degree of tumors.
