摘　　要：目的对比探讨Dixon+TME术式与Miles+TME术式对低位直肠癌的方法及疗效。方法随机抽取本院收治的90例低位直肠癌患者随机平均分为两组,对照组行Miles+TME术式,实验组行Dixon+TME术式,对比两组患者治疗后的排便功能恢复情况。结果治疗后两组患者的排便功能均优于治疗前(P<0.05),而实验组患者的排便功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用Dixon+TME术式治疗低位直肠癌,可明显改善排便功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the methods and curative effect of Dixon ＋ TME operation and Miles ＋ TME operation for low rectal cancer.Methods 90 patients with low rectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received the Miles ＋ TME operation,and the experimental group received Dixon ＋ TME operation.The postoperative recovery of defecation was compared.Results The defecations after operation in two groups were better than before operation（P〈0.05）;the postoperative defecation in experimental group was superior to the control group and the difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Dixon ＋ TME operation in treating the low rectal cancer can improve patients＇ defecations and life quality significantly.
